Chapel Hill is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chapel Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

from the phone call to the service coordinator to the installer of my tires and all went extremely smooth but always take longer than you wanted to, but you did a great job and I'm very happy with it and it was a great value. I got the Iron Man tires they're very good value. Also I look forward to many miles. Thank you Mr. tire and SHON you're awesome

Mr. Tire was referred to me as a good and inexpensive service center to get an oil change and while giving NEGATIVE feedback is not something I normally do, I was a little taken aback when I called to CANCEL an appointment and was asked "what the nature for the cancelation was". As I don't feel this should of been asked of me, this wasn't a good first impression to make for someone as it would have been my first time to visit this service center.

The first associate that I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. However, it showed that there were tires available or in stock but when I arrive at the location, they told me they did not have those in stock and they would have to order them. He talked me into getting a Michelin tire instead of the Pirelliβs that I previously had on the car. When I came back the next day, the manager or whoever he was was working, it took them several hours to even find the tires that had came in the day before, and then once they got them on and completed the alignment, I headed home. As soon as I got on route 40, it was very obvious that the car was not lined up. It pulled to the right almost immediately. I came back the next day and he said they were going to take it to their other shop across town because it had a newer alignment machine. He said his locationβs was 12 to 15 years old and this new one would get it squared away. After about three hours, he returned and asked me to come outside and told me that the alignment was perfect in the car, but it was very obvious that it wasnβt. The alignment was not perfect or nowhere near perfect because the steering wheel was not even straight

I was a walk-in customer. I had been experiencing a slow leak for a few days and was hoping Mr. Tire would at least look at the tire since I was a walk-in customer. They communicated to me that they would be able to look at it before they closed that day. To my surprise within about 2 hours waiting they were able to inspect the tire, notify me of the issue, patch the tire, and get me back on the road. Thanks for fixing my tire.

I've used Mr Tire in Chapel Hill many times for tires and other car related maintenance. They have always been excellent. This week they took me in the middle of the afternoon and installed four new tires while I waited. I was in and out in half an afternoon. They advised me to get the least expensive of four options which turned out to have the highest mileage rating anyway. I go to Mr Tire whenever I have a choice about my car care.
